I see the same problem with a German OOo2.4.1. version.
The function EOMONTH belongs to AnalysisAddIn. Therefore the error has the same
root cause as issue 92530.
You can workaround the problem, when you set the file save format to "ODF 1.1".
You find this setting in Tools > Options > Load/Save > General > ODF format
version.
