2008 -------
1. Create a empty presentation
2. Add some slides
3. Choose [View > [Header and Footer]
4. Click [Notes and Handouts] tab in Header and Footer dialog
5. Enter header text
6. Enter Footer text
7. Click [Apply to All]
At this point, the printout saved to the file is Printout_Before_Save.ps.
8. Save to a file
9. Close Impress
10. Open the saved file
11. Print handouts
Issue: Header and footer texts are not printed.
Please see the printout saved to the file (Printout_After_Save.ps).
12. Choose [View > [Header and Footer] and click [Notes and Handouts] tab
Entered header and footer texts are displayed in the text fields.
13. Click [Apply to All]
14. Print handouts
Header and footer texts can be printed.
