When manually spell checking a document and encountering a correct phrase such
as "viz a viz" the option to "ignore all" still offers the second iteration of
"viz" as a potential error. Probably related to the fact that the whole phrase
is presented in the preview screen. I have also tried it with rubbish like "bac
ti bac" and the second "bac" is still presented as a potential error.
