It looks like not an OpenOffice problem, but it will be good if OpenOffice will
display message like this in such situation:
"Current locale "ru_RU.utf8" is incorrect. Some problems with names of files/
directories is possible. Please ask your system administrator to change locale
name to more correct "ru_RU.UTF-8"."
Changing platform to PC, issue type from "DEFECT" to "FEATURE".
