Yes indeed, this is an issue. The intention was to be able to run UnoAPI-Tests
at fist in development at StarOffice to resolve upcoming issues in the process.
The second step is to prepare the tests to be runnable in a *Env.Set
environment. This is addressed in cws qadev34.
