The error is not in OOo but in Excel. Fill a series which goes beyond February.
You will see in OOo:
27.Feb.00, 28.Feb.00, 1.Mrz.00, 2.Mrz.00
and in Excel:
27.Feb.00, 28.Feb.00, 29.Feb.00, 1.Mrz.00.
But 1900 was no leap year.
