Hi,

this is another problem with Excel's Leapyear fault.

Each day is represented by an integer starting at Zero. It's the same with all
Spreadsheet applications I know. Excel starts at 00. January 1900 whilst OOo
uses December 30, 1899. Therefore day 7 after the zero date is January 6, 1900.
So the result shown for 7.6 is correct. Dates after March 1, 1900 should be
correct for both applications.

to check Excel's Zero day just type zero into a cell and format it as 
dd/mm/yyyy .
