Maybe it was because in a way the character format "All capitals" was set
outside the boxes... I do not have another idea. But to have a real evaluation
of this, a reproducible way of the problem is needed. Otherwise we won't be able
to do anything on this problem.
Feel free to reopen the issue once you have doubled the problem an it can be
surely reproduced.
