2008 -------
I'm new to OO.o, but after only a couple of days I've run into a situation that
forces me back to using
MS office until it's fixed. I had an excel (.xls not .xlsx) file open that was
originally created in MS office
for mac (2004 or 2008, not sure). Switching between two sheets by L-clicking
on the tabs at the
bottom of the window, ~50% of the time results in a duplication of the target
spreadsheet. This will
sometimes happen 4 or 5 times in a row. Once I realize this is happening I
have to go back and R-click
on each of the new tabs and delete them. Since I don't always know that this
is happening, I have occasionally ended up duplicating work several times
because I've switched away from the duplicate to
some other tab, and then attempted to switch back to the original which lacked
any of the changes I
made to the duplicate tab that shouldn't have existed.

Soapbox (ignore if you so choose)
If this is a duplicate report of this bug I apologize, but your system for
searching for bugs is a Major
PITA. I found an entry on the general message boards where someone else was
having this problem
and was told to use this portal to submit bugs. If he didn't it's probably
because he, like me, is not a
computer programer, and doesn't normally have to deal with this type of
confusing setup.
