------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Oct 22 20:13:14 +0000 2008 ------- We are using a product called Deep Freeze (v.4.20.120.594) to "freeze" PCs so that changes to drive C: are wiped on reboot. The software creates an area on the drive called the "Thawspace" where saved documents normally persist, so that they will be available after a reboot. However, OpenOffice version 2.4 has been deleting all files in the Thawspace when OO is launched. This is not helpful and was first noticed on PCs that were using OO 2.4. Backgrading to earlier 2.x versions does not always fix the problem either. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
