I think it is good to show an additional not used column in the insert
controller; IME this makes it visually a bit more convenient to have the
contrast. But then there should also be an additional row at the bottom of the
controller to have it more consistent. But that's only an opinion.
MRU->OS: please make the Insert.Table controller slightly more consistent. An
additional row AND column when defining table size, or none at both sides :-;
