As per the forum, where good advice was given, what you seem to want is best
managed by setting styles correctly (Format > Styles and Formatting) and, if you
need different settings from the standard, a default template.
Setting as invalid, also as P3.
If handling styles is new to you, and at first it often seems to be a difficult
concept, see eg
