To create a mail merge result document the source document is copied into the
result after fields are converted to normal text and page styles are duplicated.
This is done to preserve for instance page numbers with each document part.
While doing this currently only the style used on the first page and it's follow
up pages styles are actually converted.
Page style changes within the document are currently not supported. Mostly
because it's not a trivial thing to do and because typically letters don't
contain those page breaks.
The example document you provided is not a typical mail merge document as it
doesn't even contain address data fields. What's the sense in mail merging
documents that contain static text?
