Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to any folder you have an OO document saved.
2. Right click on any OO document.
3. Select Properties.

Results:
There are two "Summary" tabs shown in Windows XP's properties window for any
type of OO document. The first of the two (the Windows default one for almost
any other file) is grayed out and unable to have text added to it while the 2nd
one is editable.

Expected results:
Should only be one "Summary" tab showing up.

Reproducible:
Always
