Translating the issue summary&description to English..
If installing Chinese(Simplified,Traditional) OO.o (or language pack) on English
Windows XP, the font size in menu is same with English font size(8pt), which is
too small to read.
Also, in Chinese Windows XP, if setting as Windows classic shows the same
problem. I suggest to use 9pt fonts for Chinese which is a default size in
Windows XP.
Same problem in OO.o 3.0 rc4.
