Suspect this is a support question rather than a defect. You might try the
support forum, where I've seen this kind of thing discussed.
It's possible the settings are now in common.xcu a couple of levels lower in the
folder hierarchy, but I'm not sure of that.
Does not seem to meet the criteria for P2. Setting P3.
