I've sent an attachment of what happens when I pressed the button to clear all
four sides, on those two cells marked.
This is a major functionality issue and using table properties isn't at all a
proper fix, moreover when it already has worked fine in previous versions.
As for the greyed out parts, it seems to be new in 3.0, so forget about that -
2.4 didn't have it and I didn't notice the new addition.
