As a Win98 user, I am locked out of any "resolution" that only exists in OOo3.0
or later. So do what you want with this complaint. As I have done previously, I
am again marking this "WONTFIX". Do what you want with it.
Suggestion: How about you claim the imposition of the US bastardisation of
English on the rest of the English speaking world as a "Feature", then you can
brag about it to your heart's content instead. I have accordingly attempted to
change the Issue Type box to read "FEATURE".
Please remove my connection to this issue. It is no longer of any interest to
me. OOo has gone bloatware, and is insisting on keeping up with Bill Gates's
Microsoft Constant Upgrade Constant Bloat business model.
