There are two ways to recover these files.
For experienced users: Unzip file, edit meta.xml (remove tags <meta:user-defined
...> if they have an empty meta:name (meta:name=""), zip the file again.
For normal users: Open empty file, insert the problem file via "Insert/File..."
But anyway, we should fix the problem..
