I checked with "Ooo 3.0.0 RC3 Multilingual version German UI WIN XP: [OOO300m8
(Build9357)]" and can confirm the reported effect.
Not a new problem, also visible in 2.4.1
To reproduce the problem you can replace steps 3, f by copy / paste additional
"over 2 over 2 over 2" on and on and on until additional formula elements exceed
window bottom. No scroll bar will appear.
