I checked with "2.4.1 Multilingual version German UI WIN XP:
[680m17(Build9310)]" and did not see anything unexpected.
All those messages are relevant and "as designed".
You can deactivate the first message "This document may contain ..." by
unchecking the checkbox in the message box. Unfortunately I do not know a way to
activate this message again.
I am pretty sure that first message is inactivated in your WIN version and
activated in your Linux version.
Pls. feel free to reopen this issue if you find out that there is any problem
with a new OOo profile and a new installation of a current version.
