Formula Wizard, "Sum(" the "next" button flickers and ends up active, clicking
it does nothing so it should ideally be inactive. (If you add another character,
e.g. 0 then it will become inactive)
Patch attached to move the results from FillControls which initially set it to
inactive after FillListBoxes which as a side effect sets it active.
