Multiple clicks on pdf export button create multiple dialogs. I am not sure if
this was intentionally left like this. While one pdf export dialog is open,
multiple clicks on pdf export button should activate the previously open
window. This is the ideal case.

If this was intentionally left like this, What would be the reason. One file
should be saved before that file could be saved as another pdf with a different
name.

To solve this problem I would just make the ooo pdf export dialog a modal
dialog, that way user will not be able to reach the button at all.
Other option would be the one Suggested above. If the dialog needs to be set
non-modal, the same active dialog should be referred to when pdf button is
clicked.
