Documents are always restored successfully (so far). I gave up trying to use Writer on current document and opened it, instead, in an old version of Microsoft Word 97. I am having no problems working on document in Word 97. Yesterday, the document froze after about five keystrokes every time after freeze and restore occurred. I have: used save as to save file with another name; saved file in doc format; ended program and rebooted computer cold and warm; deleted program from computer, re-downloaded OoO3 and reinstalled, rebooting between the uninstall and reinstall. Freeze still occurs consistently.
