This is not enough for a lot of business situations. First: that's not enough: e.g. a company may have an Info field for "Project Code", "Project Name", "Security Clasisification" and "Status" (e.g. if should be archived or not), quickly used up all 4 fields. Adding an "revision" and "Partner" (which company also involved in using or creating this document) is not possible. Second: there is space. On my installation OOO3.0 on Linux/PowerPC, the space is available for up to 6 fields. On the other hand in Microsoft Word there are unlimited fields for customized key-value pair as document property. We used to use MSO manage our documents and find we must cut away some fields when we switching to OOO. I am sure this is not only a Writer problem, but not knowing where to file this issue. Can you help me categorize this request correctly?
