AW->WG: Please review. Text frames (when not in text edit) have a broader box
around them, nearly the same as in edit mode. Nearly the same since for edit
mode the border is slightly moved outside to not interfere with the text.
Please verify the border existance (also rotated, the hatch needs to be rotated,
too) and it's usage as Hit target when wanting to drag the object.
