please try dpkg --remove ooobasis3.0-en-us-onlineupd
and then dpkg -i ooobasis3.0-en-us-res_3.0.0-9_i386.deb
again
there is a conflict between 3.0 final and DEV300_m29 which was the first
milestone after the branch between 3.0 and 3.1
I also install very often (nearly weekly) the debs with out problems so
