------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Mon Nov 10 07:17:01 +0000 2008 ------- I'm using OO 3.0.0 on opensuse 11.0. I opened the same document I've been working on for a few years. If I make any change to it, I can't save the document. I get the error: Error saving the document foo: Error writing the file. My disk has 4G free, so it's not a full disk. It's the same file I've been working on. I own it and the directory it's in. Both are writable by me. No one else is using the file. In ~/.openoffice.org/3/user/backup, I have -rw-r--r-- 1 kelem users 7192131 2008-11-09 21:04 foo.bak -rw------- 1 kelem staff 0 2008-11-09 23:03 foo.odt_0.odt -rw------- 1 kelem staff 0 2008-11-09 23:04 foo.odt_1.odt -rw------- 1 kelem staff 0 2008-11-09 23:07 foo.odt_2.odt -rw------- 1 kelem staff 0 2008-11-09 23:09 foo.odt_3.odt I tried deleting these files, and I still can't save. I tried writing the file to another directory, /tmp, and still can't save. I tried Save As another name, and can't save the file. HELP!!! I have to get my work done! --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
