So Shift-JIS txt file must be opened without problem in PCK/ShiftJIS locale of Solaris/Linux or Japanese Windows environment. If it's not, then it is a bug I verified attached ShiftJIS file can be opened with StarSuite9 in PCK locale on Solairs and Japanese Windows 2000/XP.
