fixed and verified in cws impress163 for OOo 3.0.1
while converting presentation documents from OOo 2.x versions, I was to cautios
when removing bullets from the document. The attached bugdoc contains style
sheet chains where there is no enable-numbering attribute available. Prior I
just play safe in this cases and did not remove bullets. But since the default
for enable-numbering is false in OOo 2.x and this document shows that there are
indeed such documents where the document relies on this default, I changed the
import fix to remove bullets if there is no enable-numbering available in the
style chain.
