SBA: The UI font size can be adjusted by the user:
[via menu] Tools - Options - Openoffice.org - General - View
-> On top left of the dialog is a spin box "Scaling".
Set it to a value > 100% (max is 130%), click OK.
Set issue to "Worksforme".
