Locally fixed as follows:
The symbols in the legend will be displayed on the right side in case the
resulting writing mode for the legend is right to left, otherwise they will be
displayed on the left side.
This issue depends on feature issue 14365 which introduces the writing direction
for chart elements and is currently in QA. Without the feature this issue cannot
be tested.
