You have to increase the position of the tabulator in the "position"-tab of the
property dialog of the list.
The same problem occurs for the first level, if you come from "9." to "10." In
the unnamed lists, a distance of 0,64cm is used, so that "10." fits into the
spacing. But in the list styles a distance of 0,4cm or 0,5cm respectively is
used, which is to small. It should be 0,64cm as in the unnamed lists to solve
the problem in the first level.
For other levels it cannot not be solved easily because the needed space depends
on how many levels are evaluated. Perhaps there can be a warning, for example a
red color, in the dialog, if the tab position is to small.
