------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Mon Nov 17 23:41:10 +0000 2008 ------- When attempting to open a Calc document that contains macros while Writer is already open, the macro warning dialog box opens in Writer instead of Calc. Calc starts to open, then appears to freeze with a blank gray screen; the macro warning dialog box does not appear. To view the macro warning dialog box, the user has to go to the Gnome menu bar and select the already-running instance of Writer. The macro warning dialog box will then appear, the user can click "OK," and Calc will open normally. This behavior is highly counterintuitive. If the user is trying to open a Calc document, the macro warning dialog box should appear in Calc, not another instance of Writer. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open a Writer document. 2. Without first closing the Writer document, go back to Gnome and double-click on a Calc document that contains macros. OS: Ubuntu 8.04. OpenOffice version: 3.0 (2.4, also running under Ubuntu 8.04, did the same thing). --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
