I am currently editing a document I opened by double clicking on it ( I have the
beta associated as my default for .doc files). While the document opened, I
returned to another program to edit code, while I was editing code, OO 2.0 Beta
was not responding, and the 'task' button at the bottom of windows changed it's
text to "(Not Responding)".

On switching back to OpenOffice to edit the document, I noticed that the task
bar on the bottom of the screens lists the program as (Not Responding) despite
that fact that the program is running fine, I can edit things, etc.
Minimizing, tab switching and other attempts to get the task bar to refresh the
status did not work. I even 'unlocked' the task bar, dragged it off screen, let
it go, dragged it back on screen, and it did not update.
