------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Nov 19 00:22:15 +0000 2008 ------- When i import a Word (.doc) document that has a left margin and a left indentation, Writer 3 wrongly uses the default tabulations between the left margin and left indentation. The correct behavior should be to use the left indentation as first tabulator. Steps to reproduct the error: 1) Move the left cursor on the ruler (the indentation cursor [bottom one]) to the right (where you want but far enough) 2) Bring the left margin cursor [top one] back to the original position 3) Write a word 4) Click on the tabulator key of the keyboard, the text-cursor will move to the position marked by the identation cursor 5) Write some text of your choice 6) Go to the next line by pressing RETURN and write some text of your choice 7) Save as Word file This error does not seem to happen on Writer version < 3 this is a severe problem that doesn't seem bypassable when saving in DOC file format. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
