The i18npool module isn't involved with that.
@hdu: I'm not sure if I understood correctly, but it seems that for Chinese
Traditional people want an explicit 'pt' added to the font size value,
respectively having some '號' character replaced with 'pt'.
@medicalwei: Please elaborate on what exactly is expected.
