------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sun Nov 23 20:04:00 +0000

With file paths like: D:\Documents and Settings\Jørgen\Application
Data\OpenOffice.org\3\user\wordbook
D:\Documents and Settings\Kjærgaard\Application
Data\OpenOffice.org\3\user\wordbook
or D:\Documents and Settings\Åberg\Application
Data\OpenOffice.org\3\user\wordbook, it is not possible to add words to user
dictionaries, or to create user dictonaries. I also think that other Danish
characters like å, Ø and Æ will cause OOo to fail creating user dictionaries.

ø U+00F8 LATIN SMALL LETTER O WITH STROKE
æ U+00E6 LATIN SMALL LETTER AE
Å U+00C5 LATIN CAPITAL LETTER A WITH RING ABOVE

I have tested this with the Danish and the English version of OOo 3.0.0 Build
9358 for Windows.
I have tested with different user names. With one of the tree letters mentioned
above in the file path, Ooo cannot create user dictionaries and it is therefore
not possible to add words to user dictionaries.

To reproduce the bug: Create a new user of your computer. Give the account a
name containing one of the above mentioned characters. Install OpenOffice.org
version 3.0.0 Open a text document, write and misspell a word. Try to add the
word to a user dictionary. Try to create a user dictionary.
