2008 -------
- install the Sun Report Builder
- close OOo
- locate the file "default.otr" in your user data folder
- rename this file
- start OOo
- open a database document of your choise
- start the report wizard
=> the report designer opens, but no report wizard at all. The designer is
somehow broken, for instance, you cannot open the property browser.

This might sounds like an esoteric scenario, but it was in fact encountered in
real life (were the root cause was unknown). The wizard should simply have a
better error handling. If no default.otr is found, another template should be
used as default. If no template at all is found, this should be reported to the
user, and the wizard should be cancelled.
