The attached presentation contains one slide. When shown, the first two
paragraphs appear immedeately while the third paragraph is slightly delayed.
The third para has effect "Appear" with options "with previous" and all timers
and delays set to zero. In OOo 2.4 this para shows immedeately, with the rest.
In OOo 3.0 there is a noticable delay.

Why is this relevant? The second slide shows two paragraphs. The third slide
shows the first paragraph and a modified second parahraph. While in OOo 2.4 this
works nice, the initial delay of OOo 3.0 spoils the show.

Bug or feature? Definitely a bug. When I want a small delay, I can select one
using "Effect options". But as of OOo 3.0 I can no longer select to have no 
delay.
