TINV(0.05;200)=x is that value x for which TDIST(x;200;2)=0.05
You see, that OOo uses the two-tailed case; as other well known spreadsheets
programs like Excel and Gnumeric do.
For to get the one-tailed case you have to call TINV with 2*probability.
