Hardware: Processor: Intel Pentium Dual CPU with 1.60 GHz RAM: 3 GB Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce 9300M with 128 MB. But I assume that this happens due to loading the masterpages, which takes quite a long time. The problem is: I also got this when there were only 3 masterpages (OOo Portable). In the task manager I can see that it uses the CPU from time to time. So it can't be completely hanging.
