I also don't know how thousands of OOo 3.0 user on Ubuntu or other Debian based
systems can use this buggy software. Clicking on deb files won't fulfill the
requirements of your operating system. It's not windows. Have you tried to
install as root with the dpkg command? Better to brush up your knowledge about
your operating system before bashing OOo as buggy.
