A "hotfix", or however you call it, would technically be possible, with
different levels of convenience for the user. Finally, it would only require the
fixed library to be placed somewhere for download.

However, OpenOffice.org, to my best knowledge, did never release hotfixes in the
past. The general politics is to point people to the upcoming micro release
(3.0.1 in this case), which contains fixes for the urgent problems.

When you want to lobby for a hotfix, [EMAIL PROTECTED] is the mailing list
which you should subscribe and send your request to.
