If a field is formatted with Category=Number, Format=General, Language=Default
I can enter a negative number as: 300- and it becomes -300 in the cell.  Jolly 
good.

But, if a field is formatted as 
#,##0.00;[RED]-#,##0.00
and I enter 300- the cell becomes 300.00 instead of -300.00
