I'm using the English localisation of OpenOffice 3. It tells me that updates to
extensions are available
so I click on the option. I choose 'Release Notes
'.

The first time I did so it brought up a dialog box saying it couldn't be loaded;
whilst Firefox in the background was loading, spending a little time configuring
itself because a new version had been installed since this user had last run it
.
I clicked on 'Release Notes' again and Firefox appeared, with two tabs open each
with release notes.

The release notes that appear, at
http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/project/releasenotes/756
 say this:

"Release notes for French dictionaries - "Classic & Reform 1990"
spelling 3.0.0

Almost everything is new in this dictionary ;)

One year of work.
"

Displaying " and & is completely wrong.

Saying just "Almost everything is new in this dictionary ;) One year of work."
is pitifully little information to be giving - did they change all the words in
the dictionary?
