2008 -------
If user A has a calc file open in OO V2.4 and user B then opens it in OO V3.0,
it opens for user B as read/write with no warnings, but then obviously can't be
saved. 

I believe it should open as read-only for user B (as it does if you open it
again with OO 2.4), or at least offer the 'open read-only', 'open copy' etc 
dialog.
