I had talked about this issue on the OOoCon with Jacqueline
([EMAIL PROTECTED]).
We had made the decision that it would make more sense to first have a look at
the whole numbering/list area and its known defects and workout appropriate
actions/needed changes in a specification or something similar in order to have
a better improvement/correction of the numbering/list area.
This work will take some time with the goal to have a solution for OOo 3.2 or
OOo 3.3. Thus, I re-target this issue to OOo 3.2
