All file format changes necessary for OOo 3.1 have finally been accepted for
ODF1.2 so this feature will not be necessary for OOo 3.1. -> change target.
The CWS calcchartrtl01 will be deleted. In case this feature will be introduced
to a future version of ODF the cvs checkins from CWS calcchartrtl01 with the
according issue ID need to be migrated to a different CWS.
