Hello,
I cannot understand why all of the open office applications are not saving
correctly on my computer. This has only happened recently and I dont know why.
When i save them they just seem to save as an octet but they are not saving as
xls files or doc files and when I open them my computer is asking me what to
open the documents with?? It also means it is a problem when sending a file by
email as they are not being sent as .doc files (open office writer) or .xls
files (open office calc).

I am sure it something silly that I have done on my computer but I dont know
what to do, to resolve the problem.

I await any help please!
